OLLI Elektro, spol. s.r.o. was established in 1993 as a trading company operating in the field of production, sales and service of lighting fittings. In the following two years the company started manufacturing their own lighting devices and lighting systems. It entered the home trade and international market in 1995 with their own types of fluorescent lamp light fittings with both traditional desing with glazily spill shield or optical system and with direct and indirect light fittings or  whole optical systems.   

The company bought its current place of business in 1997. It is situated about 10 minutes from the center of the city of Brno. It is a historical building and it used to be a textile factory, known under the name of "Frycka".

OLLI elektro headquarters are in Brno.
